Booking a workspace

• When you are 16 years or older you can register for Bieb Werkt. After registration you can easily book your own workspace online (for free).
• Reservations can be made for a maximum of eight hours.
• You can make one reservation at a time. As soon as your shift is over or when you cancelled your reservation, you can make a new reservation.
• Plans for co-working of studying together in the library? Then everyone must book their own workspace. You cannot make a reservation for more than one person. The only exeption: our study cabins for 2, 6 or 8 persons. After booking one these cabins (on one reservation) you can use these cabins with several people. 

Bibliotheek Midden-Brabant has the right to cancel a reservation in case is a workspace is no longer available, for example because of unexpected maintainance activities. In these exceptional cases you will be informed by email.

Use of a workspace without pc

• Scan the QR-code for your workspace at the beginning of your reservation. If you don't scan the code, your reservation will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes.
• Please make sure before departure that the workspace is clean for the next user.
• Please always follow the instructions of the library staff.

Use of a study cabin

• The key for your study cabin can be retrieved at the information desk on the second floor.
• Don't forget to scan the QR-code in your study cabin, to check in at the beginning of your reservation. If you don't scan the code, your reservation will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes.
• Please make sure before departure that the study cabin is clean for the next user.
• The key of your study cabin must be returned to the information desk at the end of your reserved time slot. 
• In case you lose the study cabin key, there will be a 30 euro charge.
• Please always follow the instructions of the library staff.

Bibliotheek Midden-Brabant has the right to remove visitors who do not comply with these terms.
