The first time you want to book a workspace in the LocHal Library, you'll be asked to register. Registration is free of charge and only needs to be done once. Afterwards you can easily book your own workspace online.

• Click 'Switch to English' at the top of the page.
• Click the button 'I'd like to register'.
• Fill out the registration form and click 'Send'.

Your account will be activated immediately. With it you can book your first workspace.

As a registered user, you can easily book a workspace online. Workplaces can be reserved one day in advance or less, for a maximum of eight hours.

• Click 'Switch to English' and 'My details are known'.
• Login with your email address and password.
• Select one of the available workspaces and click 'Send request'.

Your reservation will be confirmed by email.

At your workspace you will find a sticker with a QR code. Please check in by scanning this QR code with your mobile phone.      

• Make sure you arrive in time.
• Scan the QR code with your phone.
• Enter your reservation code (which you'll find in the confirmation email).

You are checked in now: the workspace is yours. Enjoy your stay! If you do not check in, your reservation will be cancelled after 15 minutes, so someone else can take it.
